When Alfa Romeo needed to launch the new 4C model into the South African market, we were confronted by a unique set of problems – Alfa Romeo was a brand that was almost invisible, and that had no place in the mind-sets of the consumers. This showed through their poor monthly sales of only 10 cars a month nationwide.

So how did we launch a car that no one wanted? We told the consumers they couldn't have it – Only the passionate deserve to drive an Alfa Romeo.
